This policy explains how Gullar Makoni, a flower shop in Tashkent — the gullar-makoni.nextgenbeing.com website, its Telegram bot and its Android app — collects and uses information about its users.
What we collect
- Account: name, email, phone number (optional), password (stored only as a one-way hash).
- Orders: recipient name, phone, delivery address, note, the items and total, and payment method (cash or card on delivery). Card details are never entered in or stored by the app.
- Cart and enquiries: items in your cart, and enquiries or messages you send about products.
- Signing in with Telegram: Telegram ID, username, name and language setting.
- Technical: IP address and request time in server logs; your chosen interface language is kept on your device.
The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs. It does not ask for location, contacts, camera or file access.
Why we use it
- to sign you in and show your order history;
- to take, deliver and follow up on your orders;
- to answer your enquiries;
- to prevent fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Who we share it with
- shop staff and the courier — only what an order needs;
- our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) and Cloudflare — service providers that run the website and API;
- Telegram — if you contact us through the bot or Telegram;
- authorities, where the law requires it.
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept until you delete the account. Deleting it removes your profile, cart, cashback and sign-in tokens. Children
The service is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
