Delete account
You can delete your Gullar Makoni account and the data linked to it at any time.
1. In the app
Profile → “Delete account” → enter your password and confirm.
2. On the website
Sign in to the website and use the form on this page.
3. Through the shop
Message us using the contacts below with your account’s email or phone number — we delete it within 7 days.
What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone, password hash), cart, cashback balance and sign-in tokens are deleted immediately. Order records (recipient, address, total) are kept for accounting and legal obligations but are no longer linked to an account.
